Scuba diving in Thailand

There’s no doubt that Thailand should be included on every diver’s must-see list. Thailand provides the opportunity for both novice to experienced divers to glimpse the beauty beneath its enticing turquoise waters. From exciting drift dives, easy-going house reefs, submerged pinnacles way off shore, to mysterious shipwrecks – Thailand’s got something to satisfy ever diver’s appetite. 

Why go diving in Thailand?

There are several ways in which Thailand tempts divers into its tropical waters:
Warm water
Regardless of the season, divers can expect water temperatures to be anywhere between 80F-
88F (27C-31C). It’s typical for divers to wear only board shorts and a rash guard. At most, all
you’d need is a 3mm wetsuit and that’s only if you get cold easily and water temperatures are at
their low point.
